Every FARAL radiator is
the result of a technological effort to blend aesthetics with
performance. The manufacturing process is completely automated, yet
controlled by the expert human eye. Advanced technology, reliability
and experience give rise to a product which is able to meet the
client's requirements.
The paintwork procedure
is preceded by specific multi-stage treatments which give the
external and internal surfaces an excellent protection against
corrosion, caused by the water in the system and the room in which
the radiator is installed. The subsequent paintwork procedure is
carried out using a double laying process and firing of the utilized
pigments. The first layer is obtained through anaphoretic immersion
and the second using paints and powders. Polymerisation in high
temperature kilnsrenders both these paintworks inalterable and
bright.

The
thermal output has been certified in accordance with the EN 442-2
standard. Each FARAL radiator is characterised by an extremely low
thermal inertia : this characteristic guarantees a lower energy
consumption and makes the product ideal for use in combination with
the most modern and efficient heat generators and thermostat systems.
FARAL
radiators are produced in accordance with the manufacturing
requirements provided by the UNI EN 442-1 standard. Their seal is
obtained by means of gaskets made from a material free from
compounds which could endanger the environment and your health. It
does not emit any odours, vapours or solvents after installation.
Even in the case of a fire, the flame reaction does not produce
toxic fumes. They are therefore ideal for installation in public
buildings such as schools, hospitals and sheltered housings.
